In addition, all consumers have the right to request copies of their personal consumer data information that is collected within a 12-month time frame. All consumers have the right for their personal information to be removed from our database. Any and all consumers have the right to be treated equally without any form of discrimination, including retaliation related to the exercise of the aforementioned rights. We have practices in place to fully ensure our commitment to privacy regulation compliance.

ADC collects business data from various sources for the purpose of research marketing and database compilation. At ADC, we do not collect any personal consumer information, and without a company name, our system is not designed to retain a record. We have proprietary data cleanse and address verification methods in place to ensure the quality of our data. Our data practices are fully compliant with privacy regulations.
Canada Email Information:
In compliance with the CAN-SPAM and CASL, ADC does not sell or share Canadian email information.
Data Protection:
ADC uses various proprietary firewalls and methods to protect our data. We have confidence that our databases are fully secure and that there is no risk to our database security. If we were ever to experience an event of this type, we have recovery plans in place for immediate mitigation and resolution.
